Cateroute, start here
Working prototype of the back of house for event catering, from the dock to the room. Sample data only, and it all runs in this browser.
Landing page
What we'd show a caterer or a reviewer: the problem, how it works, the product.
OpenDashboard
The lead's day: every event, where it stands, and which pull sheets need a check.
OpenCrew view
What a new student sees on their phone: pull, route from the dock, table setup.
OpenScan a BEO
Photo of the printed order in, text read on the device, pull sheet filled.
OpenClient layouts
Clients lay out the room from real equipment, AI drafts it, the venue approves.
Open3D table editor
Linen, Cambros, chafers and signs in 3D. Save it as the standard, download the reference.
OpenRoute recorder
Walk from the dock once, a photo at every turn. Every crew follows it.
OpenHouse rules
What experienced crew know, written down, and corrected by every lead's check.
OpenTeam and accounts
Sign in, roles, invites. Crew can't approve sheets; only managers approve layouts.
OpenCrew schedule
Who works which event, start and end, clock ins, and van or truck for each run.
OpenClient portal
What the client sees: their bookings, the table look, status, changes and the setup photo.
OpenIntegrations
The systems we plan to read from first, and what a caterer's admin would switch on. Nothing is connected yet.
Open- Open Dashboard. "Department lunch" needs your check.
- On its pull sheet, change one number, tick Matches on every line, then Looks right, start pulling.
- Open the Crew view, tick items onto the cart, follow the 4 route photos, and see the table setup.
- Back on the event, upload any photo under Photo proof and send it. Check House rules for the change you made.
- Open Scan a BEO and use the sample photo, or take a photo of your own.
- In Client layouts, draft with AI, pick a day and send. Switch to Venue: approvals as the manager (Team, View as) and approve it.
- In the 3D table editor, change the linen, drag a chafer, save. The event's setup tab now shows your table.
